Some categories fall under dedicated EU regulatory regimes rather than this Responsible Person appointment:
General non-cosmetic consumer products, machinery, PPE, and CE-marked products are also outside the scope of this service.
Medical devices and IVDs need an EU Authorised Representative, not this Responsible Person service. General non-cosmetic consumer products need a GPSR Responsible Person instead.
