If yes, continue. EU-established manufacturers cover this role directly and do not need a separate Responsible Person.
Own-brand manufacturing, private label and white-label products all count, sold through any channel including online marketplaces.

Responsible Person appointment covers cosmetic products under Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. If your product is a medical device, IVD, or needs CE marking under other legislation, those are separate roles handled by our sister sites.

Tell us your product category and where your company is established. We will qualify the next step before any mandate is signed.
